Compute means computer processing power—the resource software uses to perform tasks.
Vendor brings that idea into the home in two ways: a node whose capacity can be offered to businesses, and a software experience designed to help with everyday requests and connected-home tasks.
ComputeOS is designed to help prepare grocery orders, work with compatible cameras, adjust lighting and temperature, coordinate routines, and arrange household services.
It also brings your Vendor hosting activity into the same experience. Available functions depend on the devices, services, and permissions you connect.
The goal is to help you take action—not stop at an answer.
For example, a shopping request can become a prepared cart for your approval. A home-comfort request can become an adjustment to a compatible thermostat. Supported actions depend on the integrations available to your account.
The intended purchase flow requires you to review and approve the order or booking before it is completed. You should be able to see the relevant items, price, and timing before confirming.
With compatible cameras and your permission, supported features may include viewing feeds, reviewing activity alerts, and requesting event summaries.
Camera features are not a substitute for professionally monitored security or emergency-response services.
Vendor offers your node's computing capacity to business customers. Paid use generates revenue, and your hosting agreement determines your earnings and any applicable deductions.
Those earnings can help offset household expenses. Full electricity or internet coverage is not guaranteed unless your agreement expressly provides it.
